The fabulous prize package
It’s been an exciting summer here at Forbidden Vancouver headquarters: we’ve launched The Really Gay History Tour, written and led by our very own storyteller, Glenn Tkach! This tour runs every day day at 2 p.m. during PRIDE, from July 22 to August 4, and every Sunday through the end of November.
The prize winner will not only get two tickets to our new walking tour, but will also receive admission to the Vancouver Art Gallery. Explore the summer exhibitions currently on view; Cabin Fever, David Milne: Modern Painting, Ayumi Goto and Peter Morin: how do you carry the land? and Kevin Schmidt: We Are the Robots.
The cherry on top of this day of Vancouver culture and history is a lovely lunch for two at restaurant Reflections: The Garden Terrace at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia. An rooftop oasis just a stone’s throw away from the Vancouver Art Gallery!
So try your hand in our Really Gay History Contest and you may be the lucky one who gets to indulge and celebrate this summer during PRIDE at some of the most beautiful and interesting locales our city has to offer!
