Christmas play reaches its finale!

Christmas play War For The Holidays wraps up for 2015!

It’s with a mixture of great pride, happiness, and more than a dose of sadness that the first ever run of Forbidden Vancouver’s Christmas play War For The Holidays has come to an end. After 16 consecutive sold-out performances over 8 nights, plus two preview performances, in total the Gregson Family hosted over 400 people at their annual Christmas party!

You can read a review of the play by writer Eve Lazarus.

We’d like to thank the cast Rebecca Walters, Matthew Bissett, Brett Willis, Ranae Miller and Caitlin MacFarlane; Sons of Vancouver Distillery on Vancouver’s North Shore for the amaretto cocktails; Salmagundi West for the props; Shirley Wrinch for the costumes; Fran Anderson for the fantastic home-made plum pudding; Awkward Stage for the production assistance; Kendall Walters for the photography and media work; Morgen Matheson for the design work; and of course the staff, board and volunteers at the Roedde House Museum – the truly one-of-a-kind venue for the play.

Creators Tiffany Anderson and Will Woods have great hopes to remount the play again…stay tuned!
