Meet The Team: Aman Johal

Hey there, I’m Aman Johal, a seasoned storyteller at Forbidden Vancouver. I love to walk and talk; when people join me, I don’t seem as crazy! I joined the team in 2014 when my wife urged me to “get out more.”

I mix theatre history, western Canadian history, and Asian studies into my walks, the Forbidden Vancouver Tour and the Dark Secrets of Stanley Park Tour. I also have some wild stories about growing up on the west coast too!

Off-duty, I work with Parks Canada, often dressed as a fur trader at Fort Langley National Historic Site. I’m a movie lover, chess set collector, and football-obsessed. Join me for a tour of Stanley Park or Gastown!
