Meet The Team: Samantha Alexandra

Hey, I’m Samantha Alexandra, your storyteller for the Lost Souls of Gastown Tour. Born and raised in Newfoundland, I’ve always been passionate about the arts. After getting my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, I moved to the buzzing community of Mount Pleasant in Vancouver.

I’ve been part of many theatrical productions like The Penelopiad, Taming of the Shrew, and The Vagina Monologues, to name a few. My most recent performance was in Father Tartuffe at the Arts Club Theatre. I love that feeling of performing in front of a captivated audience. It was my love for history, storytelling, and theatre that led me to Forbidden Vancouver.

When I’m not storytelling, I’m teaching, or hosting my podcast, Sonder, where I dive into personal conversations with guests. I also love playing softball and dodgeball.
