Meet The Team: Sophia Radford

Hey, I’m Sophia (she/her), the social media manager for Forbidden Vancouver! I joined the team in February 2026 and I love getting to spread the word about our incredible tours. I’m originally from St. John’s, Newfoundland and have found myself on the opposite coast! 

I hold a BFA in Theatre from the University of Victoria, where I studied performance, marketing, playwriting, dramaturgy, and theatre history. I am an actor, songwriter, and educator, and I’m passionate about storytelling in all its forms. In 2024, I co-wrote, co-produce and voice acted in the sci-fi audio drama Hey There, Mr. Moon, which is available anywhere you listen to podcasts. It was a massive passion project, and I’m so proud of the show. 

As Social Media Manager, I love connecting with our audience, learning more about Vancouver history, and celebrating the unsung heroes in our city. 

When I’m not scrolling for hours on TikTok, you can find me swimming, playing guitar, learning lines, or going for a walk through David Lam Park.
