Storyteller for Forbidden Vancouver Walking Tours
Alison Jenkins here, storyteller for Forbidden Vancouver Walking Tours. I’ve always had a thing for site-specific theatre, so joining Forbidden Vancouver in 2020 was a perfect fit. I’m all about breaking the 4th wall and getting up close with the audience, which is exactly what I do leading the Lost Souls of Gastown Tour.
I’m a total arts and music nerd! I’ve been a composer, music director, and actor with professional theatre companies across Vancouver and Saskatchewan like the Arts Club Theatre, Axis Theatre, and Persephone Theatre, to name a few. Plus, for over 10 years, I’ve been teaching music to kids and adults at the Sarah McLachlan School of Music.
