MEET ROB TESZKA
Storyteller for Forbidden Vancouver Walking Tours
I love to learn things few people know… and then share them! I joined Forbidden Vancouver in 2022 to contribute my passion for unusual history, and now lead the Forbidden Vancouver Tour, the Hidden History & Sweet Treats Tour, and the Dark Secrets of Stanley Park Tour.
I live in Coquitlam, BC–though I’m from Alberta, and lived in England for 7 years. In addition to leading tours I’m also an accomplished magician, and I’ve dabbled in bartending, theatre, comedy, and improv. I tour across Canada with my solo Fringe magic shows, and produce Vancouver’s monthly variety magic night: The Parlour Magic Show!
A positive review once said I was a “genuine eccentric”. It’s probably because I knot my own bow ties.
